Reflection : Enterprise systems are shaped by several forces at the same time, business goals, leadership priorities, and operational constraints. These forces rarely move in perfect alignment. A good interface design reduces friction, but user loyalty depends on something deeper. The system needs to fit naturally into how people make decisions, share information, and work together. Adoption happens when the system supports existing behaviours instead of interrupting them.
